OBIECTIVUL
Proiectul isi propune dezvoltarea unui supliment nutritiv lichid inovator, imbogatit cu hidrolizate proteice, polizaharide si polifenoli obtinuti prin tehnologii sustenabile din subproduse alimentare slab valorificate, precum turte de chimen negru, armurariu si deseuri de ciuperci, destinat diverselor categorii de consumatori.
REZULTATELE PRECONIZATE ALE PROIECTULUI
- dezvoltarea si comercializarea unui supliment nutritiv lichid inovator, imbogatit cu compusi bioactivi proveniti din subproduse mai putin valorificate ale industriei alimentare.
- dezvoltarea a trei procese esentiale: hidroliza enzimatica a proteinelor din turte de chimen negru si armurariu (Romania), extractia compusilor bioactivi din deseuri de ciuperci (Serbia) si productia suplimentului lichid.

OBJECTIVE
The project aims to develop an innovative liquid nutritional supplement, enriched with protein hydrolysates, polysaccharides, and polyphenols obtained through sustainable technologies from underutilized food by-products such as black cumin cakes, milk thistle, and mushroom waste, intended for various categories of consumers.
PROJECT EXPECTED RESULTS
- development and commercialization of an innovative liquid nutritional supplement, enriched with bioactive compounds derived from underutilized by-products of the food industry.
- development of three essential processes: enzymatic hydrolysis of proteins from black cumin and milk thistle cakes (Romania), extraction of bioactive compounds from mushroom waste (Serbia), and production of the liquid supplement.
